Universities Norway sign open letter to the Presidents of the EU institutions
On March 13, Universities Norway signed an open letter to the leadership of the EU institutions, together with the European University Association (EUA) and several rectors' conferences.
The letter emphasizes the need for increased investments in research and innovation in the EU, with a particular focus on excellence, international collaboration, and a strong FP10 program.
The support is rooted in Universities Norway’s strategy and action plan, where we highlight the role of research in societal development and the need for solid framework conditions, both nationally and internationally.
